Jordan Kostelyk, Attorney
Jordan Kostelyk is a summa cum laude graduate of Central Washington University, where she majored in Law and Justice. She is also a summa cum laude graduate of Seattle University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor Degree. During her time in law school, Jordan received multiple CALI awards for the highest grade in her classes.
She is currently admitted to the Washington State Bar Association, Montana State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association for Western District of Washington, and is a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association. She currently focuses on practice in Snohomish, King, and Clallam Counties.
Her law practice is solution-focused and directed at providing her clients with autonomy to make decisions that matter most to them.
In addition, her practice is geared toward creating affordable options for middle income clients. Traditionally, these clients are often unable to afford legal services to complete their cases.
In accordance with her passion for accessible legal services, she also provides unbundled services and flexible payment structures.
Some of those services include, assisting with drafting family agreements and eviction defense negotiations which help to resolve issues out of court. She also is able to help with all of your estate planning needs such as drafting wills, trusts, healthcare directives, mental health advance directives, durable power of attorneys, transfer on death deeds, as well as drafting of deeds. Similarly, she offers probate services. Finally, Jordan also offers estate planning with unique Christian, faith-based considerations. She also serves the LGBTQ+ community with divorce services specific to that community.
Dorian Kostelyk, Client Advocate and Paralegal
Dorian Kostelyk (PMHN) is a client advocate and peer mental health navigator, who can provide emotional support to you throughout your case. She has decades of experience supporting and coaching individuals through challenging life situations. Dorian also serves as a paralegal for Everlasting Legal Solutions.
Dorian brings empathy to our family law clients many of whom are survivors of abuse. As a survivor herself, she is equipped to support those clients without judgement. She was also a single parent for many years raising two daughters while experiencing the added stress and trauma of courtroom battles with the other parent.
Dorian works collaboratively with Jordan to create a holistic approach to the legal process. Jordan’s legal expertise coupled with Dorian’s experiential knowledge create a powerful and dynamic team.
