Jordan Kostelyk, Attorney

Jordan Kostelyk is a summa cum laude graduate of Central Washington University, where she majored in Law and Justice. She is also a summa cum laude graduate of Seattle University School of Law, where she received her Juris Doctor Degree. She is currently admitted to the Washington State Bar Association, the Federal Bar Association for Western District of Washington, and she is a member of the Snohomish County Bar Association. She is also in the process of applying to obtain admission to the Montana State Bar Association. She focuses on practice in Snohomish and King counties.

She aims to provide a purely collaborative family law practice with no litigation involved. Thus, her family law practice is solution-focused and directed at providing her clients with autonomy to make decisions that matter most to them.

However, Jordan does maintain a litigation based Public Records Act practice.

In addition, her practice is geared toward creating affordable options for middle income clients. Traditionally, these clients are often unable to afford legal services to complete their family law cases.

In accordance with her passion for accessible family legal services she also provides unbundled services and flexible payment structures. Jordan is also able to assist with drafting family agreements, which help to resolve issues out of court.

She is also developing a budding practice in the area of trusts and wills.
